Can’t Attend a Scheduled Performance? (NYC)
ASL interpretation requests can be submitted by using this form. A team member will follow up to review your request and preferred performance dates. If your request can be accommodated, they will provide further instructions on how to purchase your tickets. For best availability, it is recommended to submit a request at least 4 weeks before your desired performance date.
On-demand closed captions are available for every performance through the GalaPro app on personal devices, or through I-Caption devices at the theatre. This fully automated system displays dialogue, lyrics and sound effects on a handheld display. Devices are available to guests upon arrival at the theater. Please ask an Usher or House Manager for assistance.
